  • Gratuity is a cash or cash app gift from a guest directly to a service provider, expressing thanks for a job well done. While it's acceptable and appreciated, it's not expected, making it a voluntary gesture of gratitude.

  • Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be considerate of unforeseen situations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled service time. This allows us to open up the slot for other on the wait list.
